Outside of research, I'm involved in a few volunteering and community initiatives.
Technovation Girls Waterloo
Volunteered with Technovation Girls, a program run through WiCS that equips girls and gender-diverse youth with skills in tech entrepreneurship. Mentored two teams throughout the season and helped out as a general volunteer at events.
International Congress on Mathematical Software (ICMS) 2026
Served as Vice-Chair, working alongside my supervisor Stephen Watt, who served as Co-Chair. Responsible for preparing physical conference materials, organizing and scheduling volunteer shifts, and ensuring everything ran smoothly on-site throughout the event.
